I MAKE TIME FOR PLAY BY: Trying out new exercises & flicking the frisbee with friends

I’M INSPIRED BY: Great movers, pioneers, unique individuals. Those who are constantly striving to evolve their practice or skill set

FAVOURITE SUNDAY ACTIVITY: Breakfast out & a trip to the local market to source some fuel for the week ahead


Jake Penman

ROLE: 3rd year coach

COFFEE ORDER: Capp or Latte - no sugar

MY MOVEMENT PRACTICE LOOKS LIKE: Usually playing a variety of sports and trying to keep in shape by training in the gym.

I MAKE TIME FOR PLAY BY: Grateful that I do it in schools most days and don't need to make time.

I’M INSPIRED BY: Nedd Brockmann, always get inspired when I look at his Instagram during his big run.

FAVOURITE SUNDAY ACTIVITY: Morning stroll for brunch and a coffee

MY MOVEMENT PRACTICE LOOKS LIKE: I do lots of running for American football and olympic lifts at the gym 

I MAKE TIME FOR PLAY BY: Playing sport and going to the gym

I’M INSPIRED BY: Just being a big fan of life and the opportunity it brings

ROLE: Community Engagement Coach

MY MOVEMENT PRACTICE LOOKS LIKE: Anything and everything! Lots of training and preparing to play local footy. Afternoon sunset walks and cold water swims are my favourite.

I MAKE TIME FOR PLAY BY: Trying not to take things too seriously and getting creative.

I’M INSPIRED BY: Being able to help others and helping to create joyful experiences. And Yvon Chouinard.

FAVOURITE SUNDAY ACTIVITY: Lounging on the couch guilt-free after a productive morning, or in a hammock with a book by a water hole off grid.
